The Asthma WA Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 8 November 2021, at 10.30am at  Asthma WA, 36 Ord Street, West Perth. Ticket street parking is available.

A special resolution is being considered at this AGM to update the Constitution. Asthma WA welcomes any questions or feedback from its valued Members. To facilitate discussion at the AGM as necessary, Members will have the opportunity to submit questions in regards to the proposed resolutions in advance of the AGM in writing by email to ceo@asthmawa.org.au or by post or hand delivery at 36 Ord Street, West Perth.

To provide Asthma WA with the opportunity to collate and consider any questions from the Members, any questions should be submitted by email or delivered to Asthma WA no later than 48 hours before the AGM – being 10:30am on 6 November 2021.

Asthma WA Life and current Financial Members also have the option of appointing a proxy to vote on their behalf at the AGM. If you wish to do this, please complete the Proxy Form and return to us no later than 48 hours before the AGM.

At the AGM, the President will endeavour to answer as many questions as possible from a range of Members to ensure an appropriate mix of questions are being addressed. Regrettably, in the time provided, there may not be an opportunity to address all questions that are received.
