About the presenter, Iain Freeman
Iain is the Partner at Lavan and is in charge of the Wills and Estates team and assists clients in their estate planning. He also has acted for both commercial clients and insurers of Lavan predominantly in the areas of commercial dispute resolution, professional indemnity, construction matters, directors’ and officers’ insurance, fire, property and liability insurance and trade practices matters. Iain also has extensive experience in intellectual property law, having acted in numerous intellectual property disputes.
