Working as part of the Community Engagement team, the role is responsible for implementing direct marketing and regular giving strategies across a variety of channels to engage, retain and convert donors to maximise fundraising revenue within agreed budgets and timelines.

The role also engages with our major donors and Gifts in Wills supporters, ensuring they are acknowledged and stewarded to continue to give and support our mission.

About You

You will have previous experience in direct marketing and campaign management across multiple channels including planning, briefing, targeting, proof-reading, budgeting and monitoring results.

Previous fundraising experience is not essential but will be highly regarded.

As the role will be varied, you will thrive working on multiple projects, prioritising as necessary.

You will be equally comfortable creating content, and diving into data to gain valuable insights and optimise lean budgets.

You will also be a proven storyteller with excellent verbal and written communication skills with superior attention to detail.
