Marketing Coordinator

  • 3 days a week (0.6 FTE) in West Perth (some WFH arrangements available)

This role provides an important link between community engagement and health services. You will put your creativity to work and find innovative ways to deliver messages that help improve the wellbeing of people living with a respiratory condition.

You will work as part of the Community Engagement Team to deliver great supporter experiences as well as with our Respiratory Health Team to develop resources for service users and health professionals.

No two days will be the same with a wide variety of projects that you will help deliver. This will include developing cause related content for a range of uses including social media, website, eDMs and fundraising, plus collateral development, event coordination and fundraising support.

Essential role requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (marketing or health promotions)
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write promotional copy across all mediums and audiences delivering strong key messages
  • Experience in coordinating the development of marketing materials including the creation and interpretation of supplier briefs
  • Current experience across social media tools with experience implementing campaigns and targeted interactive online communications.
  • Experience of e-newsletter publishing (Campaign Monitor desirable)
  • Experience using graphic design programs
  • Experienced in the use of website content management systems (WordPress desirable), CRMs and relevant analysis tools
  • Advanced computing skills including image manipulation
  • Innovative, able to problem solve and adaptable to change
