It’s nice to meet you.
Today we’re celebrating 60 years of servicing the WA community.
And we’re so excited to be able to share this news with you!
Since 1964, we have helped 300,000 Western Australians, 150,000 teachers, supported 20,000 people with our helpline, and provided services to thousands of regional, remote and Aboriginal people.
Not only have we helped thousands, we’ve also been able to show our services support:
Looking forward, our three-year strategy is all about delivering services and programs that meet the needs of the community, and increasing the number of people we help in WA.
One of our main priorities is the expansion of our Respiratory Hubs and another is our Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) services.
There are 40,000+ people with COPD, which is the leading cause of preventable hospital admissions and impacting 1 in 4 over the age of 65.
